Terms & Conditions

  1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms & Conditions. Any entry not complying with these conditions is invalid.
  2. The Promotion commences on 1 December 2006. Entries close at midnight on 29 January, 2007. The draws will take place at Suite 409, 33 Lexington Drive, Bella Vista NSW 2153 on 1 February, 2007 at 2pm AEST. The winner will be notified by email and their names placed on our web site www.sydneyfood.tv on this date. The details of the winner will be published in the Australian on 5 February 2007. Subscriptions (entries) received in the promotional period are for this promotion only and do not carry forward to subsequent promotions. The Promoter and judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  3. Entry is only open to Australian residents living in New South Wales, Victoria and South Australia. Employees and the immediate families of the Promoter, or agencies or companies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter.
  4. Sydney Food TV is not responsible for late entries, regardless of why they are late.
  5. The first valid entry randomly drawn out will win dinner for two at one of our feature restaurants. This will include total restaurant bill, however, total prize value will not exceed $499.
  6. The prize winner must redeem their prize before 31 December, 2007. There will be no further prize draws in the event of the winner not redeeming their prize.
  7. If the winner of a prize is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner's nominated parent or guardian.
  8. Any tax liability arising as a result of accepting any prize is the responsibility of the winner.
  9. All claims and entries become the property of the Promoter.
  10. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of receiving, taking or using any prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
  11. The information collected on this form is collected by Sydney Food TV (us, we) so that we may conduct this Promotion. The information is used only for the purposes referred to below and will not be disclosed to any other organisation except with your consent or as permitted or required by law. You may be unable to participate in the promotion if any information which is sought by us is not provided to us. You consent to us using the information (and any further information that you may provide) to conduct this promotion, and our internal business purposes, please state on your entry if you do not wish for us to provide you with further correspondence including promotional material that may be of interest to you.
