screen option doesn't work, and is provided in WMV (windows media video) format.
If you are experiencing problems running the full screen version, try these things first.
- If you can't play full screen video at all go to this diagnostics
page http://www.vividas.com.au/support/diagnostic/index.php and follow the prompts.
- Minimum requirements for PC 128mb Ram Pentium II 266mhz Windows 98, Internet Explorer 5.
- For Macintosh 192MB of RAM G3 350MHz OSX Version 10.27 Safari V 1.2.4
- When entering the site you would have been asked to accept an installation of the player, if you answered no
to this, the video will not run. Try closing the browser and re-entering the site this will give you another chance
to accept and download the player. It is only about 15k and takes no time to download.
- If it still does not work try installing the Java Run time
environment http://java.com/en/download/index.jsp
- The latest version of your browser, the video files will run on Internet Explorer 6.0, firefox.
- If you are experiencing a problem with the video pausing(buffering), the main causes for this are:
- The connection speed you chose is faster than your actual internet connection at the current time.
- To solve this problem press ESC. Close ony other programs accessing the internet, select a slower connection
speed and continue watching. If you are experiencing the same problem on the lowest speed, select the in window
option. It will take longer to start but you will have less problems with buffering.

If your are experiencing problems running the "in window" version, the first thing you should know is the format
which is WMV 9, this is the most basic of formats and will run on any windows machine with Windows Media Player
installed, first things to check are:
- You will need to have Windows Media Player installed on your computer. For the majority of users with computers
running Microsoft Windows operating system, you will already have Windows media Player installed, However, you may be
running an older version of the player, so to ensure your software is up-to-date, please download the latest free
software from the Microsoft website here.
- If you are experience a jerky motion, it is probably caused by the scrolling articles on the right hand side of
the page, place your mouse over a green arrow on one of the articles to stop the bar scrolling.
- If your video is distorted, or squashed up. It is probably because you are using an older version of Windows Media
Player, update your Windows player here.
- If you have a comprehensive security system on your computer with built in firewall, anti-spyware and virus
protection, you may find that the software is blocking the files. Check the logs to verify this and configure your
security system accordingly.
